Withdrawal in progress for 15 days

My withdrawal of 100 euros has not been processed, request was made 20th December.

I gave deposit.

I am verified (address verified. Was requested twice)

Before this I tried card withdrawal, it took a few chat sessions and 3 days for them to tell me it is not working, and I should request withdraw by wire transfer.
