Deposit confirmed on blockchain but never credited to my account


I made a deposit 2 days ago it was confirmed minutes after it left my btc wallet.

When I go to the history in my account it shows a mbtc deposit of 0.00 credited. I see that other customers have had same problem so there’s obviously something wrong coinsaga’s end. All they keep saying is we’ve email the department that handles that but the problem is it’s not being handled and furthermore I sent my deposit to coinsaga and the funds were confirmed, so they need to credit my money to my account or refund it!!

I consider this theft.

Sorry to hear this. I do understand your frustration and will explain what happened.

We have recently completed a massive upgrade to our Bitcoin experience, which now no longer supports the old mBTC wallet, there is a new uBTC wallet instead. Unfortunately seeing as your active currency was selected as USD you were not informed of this change.

Here’s what you need to do:

Log in to your account
Click your currency at the top and access “MY WALLET”.
Add “uBTC” currency to your wallet.

Please note that your old mBTC wallet will no longer be supported and all your future transactions must go to your new uBTC wallet. The value is the same, it is mainly a cosmetic change that allows even more game providers to be integrated.

In regard to your deposit, you should have been informed yesterday that your deposit of 0.00029201 BTC ($11.00) was credited to your account, $12 was credited to your USD wallet and from what I can see have already been wagered.

However, if you supply your BTC wallet address we can refund your original deposit to your wallet.
