7BitCasino - Closed account with my deposits, no support

On the 10th of October 2016, I registered on 7bitcasino.com/ru website, indicated all required information, went through the email verification and made 2 deposits of EUR 14 and EUR 10 using Neteller (there is photo and video proof).
When I tried to withdraw my funds, 7bitcasino blocked my account. An Online Chat consultant named Tom informed me I had to send passport scans for user identification, a selfie with my passport and a screen-shot of my Neteller profile.
I have not received a response for a week, only when I filled in the contact form again did I receive a letter that Ukraine has suddenly become a restricted country in 7bitcasino.com/ru and its residents are not allowed to play there.
According to the information in the Terms and Conditions section on this page 7bitca­sin­o.c­om/­ru/­ter­ms-­and­-co­ndi­tions, Ukraine is not listed among the restricted countries for real money gambling. Clauses 3.11 and 4.1.7 only refer to Great Britain and the USA (I have photo and video proof).
If Ukraine has become a restricted country, this must be indicated on the Terms and Conditions page.
Due to the fact that none of the 7bitcasino website rules were violated, I confirmed my identity, made a deposit and played for money without any notifications and limitations, it was not appropriate of the casino to block my profile.
In addition, the support ignores my requests sent directly to the email address suppor­[email protected]­bit­cas­ino.comand I'm sure that my messages were delivered to website administrators. I contacted casino consultants through Online Chat twice and was informed that my request was under consideration. My request was sent on the 6th of February and few times after that but my problem has not been resolved yet.

Therefore, I want a refund of my deposit totalling EUR 24 and consider the integrity of how 7bitcasino.com/ru operates.
