Refusing to pay my balance due to "fraudulent" actions

Hello,

I have been playing at Champagne spins for a while now. They send bonus offers frequently to my email and I have been playing slots with those offers.

I received an email about some investigation regarding my account after playing this week, with having deposited 200€ and was going to withdraw roughly 130€.

Now they contacted me saying that according to them "i have been using a strategy(?) in order to win more" or something like that, and therefore they closed my account permanently and stole that 132€ I had.

So I feel that they are operating in an unprofessional and in an unfair manner by refusing to pay me the money I won from their casino.

I do understand, that they have the right to choose their customers, but in my opinion they do not have the right to not pay a customer who has done absolutely nothing wrong and followed all their terms and conditions.

Best,

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

I can see that you honestly feel that I have broken your terms.

If AskGamblers does not want to take this discussion further and since I have won more than I have lost, I am ok with this complaint to be closed in the benefit of Champagne Spins.

Dear Kimmorobin,

Just to put everything in perspective you received a 5500 Euro withdrawal 4 weeks ago so to say that we are trying to steal your 132 Euro you are clearly not working well with the facts. Up until we realized what was being done you received around 6 withdrawals in less than 24 hours of you placing them and all of them were much higher than the sum above so in trying to paint us as not paying withdrawals is really completely untrue.

The reason that we are not releasing the funds is because of fraudulent actions that have been done by you and others.

We have already submitted all relevant documents and investigation findings to AskGamblers for their assessment.

Sorry for the inconvenience and good luck

Unjustified confiscation of €1,628.60
Hello!

The 4 of October i did a deposit at Champagne spins casino of 200 Euro. I then recived a 100% bonus wich was nice
Before i started to play with the bonus i carefully read all the bonus terms.

I then started to play a Microgaming slots called Bust the bank, which was okay and not exckuded from bonusplay.
I started to play for 4,50 Euro per spinn. After a while i won very big (around 2 000 Euro).

Then i wanted to play other games because my bankroll had increased so much, so i wanted to become familiar with more Microgaming slots.

I first changed to the Microgaming slot Alaxe in the Zombieland, and i first played for 2,5 Euro per spinn. After a while i changed game to Alaskan fishing and played for 3 Euro per spinn.

I succeeded to wager the bonus requirment and requested a withdrawal of 1 628.60 Euro.

I did send in all the necessary documents to get my account verified and to proceed with my withdrawal.

A few hours after that i recived a mail, and they told me that i had breach their terms, and that they had confiscated all my winning.

Here is what they wrote in the mail:

"Dear XXXXXXX,

The fraud and risk department have picked up dependencies on your account where you have broken the terms and conditions you accepted when joining the casino.

Please see the clause below from the terms and conditions which you have broken:

2.g. Examples of abusing a promotion are:

Making maximum allowed bets on high variance games in order to increase balance.
Decreasing stake after big win and switching games.
As per the attachment you decreased your bet and changed games after a big win hence breaking the terms of the casino.

For this reason the winnings from your last deposit have been forfeited and the deposit is left on your account. "

First of all, in my opinion i havn't breached any terms.
I maximum bet that was allowed to bet was 5 Euro, and i was playing for 4,5 Euro, so i was not betting the maximum amount.
And cause my bankroll had increased so much, i wanted to test other microgaming games. I did play for 2,5 Euro and 3 Euro on the other games, which is not a dramatical increased betamount...

So i want my winnings back to my account or i will take this further, to the licensce authority of Champagne spins.

Thanks for the help Askgamblers, I also send some print screens as proof.

Legitimate winnings of €2,100 unfairly removed by their system
Dear Askgamblers.com First of all, thanks for the great site and all the great infos here. Now heres what happened to me at Champagnespins.com. I signed up through askgamblers.com and claimed their first 3 deposit bonuses without any luck. On my 4th deposit bonus , my balance was down to ~25€ when i was playing two slots : 300 shields and Drive - Multiplier Mayhem (will refer to as DMM). Exactly then i hit free games on the 300 shields slot. As soon as the free games startet i STOPPED spinning on DMM and watched the free games to finish. 300 shields paid out 2100€ on that free games and thats how it was shown to me (see screen shot). After i saw what i have won and what you can see on the screen shot, i opened the DMM slot again (the balance shown there still was a ~25 € bonus balance at this moment) to spin it for 4.5€/spin (like i did before). Immediatley after i clicked , my balance showed ZERO. Now the casino is claiming that by not spinning the 300 shields slot one more time after the win i violated their Terms - heres the latest answer i received: The service provider has come back again and stated what you have done is deemed as fraud in the casino as per the statement below which I got from them: "There's a force finish of the bet. It can be seen in the screenshot. All force finish bets are considered to be fraudulent by the system and it subtracts the money." .... That basically means i was supposed to click one more time on the 300 shields slots to "transfer" the winnings displayed to my account (wich btw. i thought would also happen as soon as i click the DMM slot). So because of this "mistake" the "system"(and thats what i question here - is wrong imho) deducts 2100 € of legitimate winnings and resets my account to Zero. I have to say i fully understand that a casino wants to protect itself against someone delaying a bonus round to a later point when theres no active bonus. As explained this was never the case here, i wasnt even close to zero balance. The point is i HAD in fact enough BONUS balance at this point to cover the 4.5 € spin on DMM, heck i could have even managed (alltough unlikely) to clear the bonus requirements on that slot alone! What i want: Having the Bonus balance restored (~2130€) to my account along with the required remaining wagering for it so i have my fair chance to clear the bonus and convert the bonus money to real money. I really believe the only problem here is "the system" and that it will be possible to find an appropriate solution! Greetings
