Wrong win calculations


On 18/12/2022 I was playing on New Years Party slot powered by spinomenal. Based on their paytable (screenshot 1) the 3x7s combination awards 300x your bet. According to their paytable again if you have the retro extreme bet feature activated the 3x7s combination awards you 3000x your original bet.In my case now. I was betting 1€ with the retro extreme bet feature activated which means 0,50€ ( original bet ) plus 0,50€ ( cost for feature). I had the 3x7s combination with the retro extreme future activated ( screenshot 2 ) and the win prize was 300€ . The win prize had to be 1€-0,50€(feature cost)*3000=1500€. I contacted support of casinoly.com which is the provider I was using and they told me that they will contact with the provider of the slot and they inform me with email. After 1 day they answered and said that the bet reported has been credited automatically with some delay ( screenshot 3). Although I didnt get any extra money. I send them again and reported the problem. They told me they will send it again to the the provider and they will inform me again. At 03/01/23 they answered me that relevant team has checked the bet reported and everything was fine (screenshot 4). So I contacted once more with the support at casinoly and I subscribed again my problem and I asked for a detailed answer from the provider about the win prize and how does they calculate it (doc 1). At 05/01/23 they answered me the same message as before (screenshot 5). I provide you with the transaction id (screenshot 6) . If you need further evidence that I haven't already send you please inform me.

We would like to inform you that the round in question has been escalated to be checked by the game provider. They confirmed that the max multiplier win was only for one line (0,10 EUR bet per line), which makes it 3000 EUR x 0,10 = 300 EUR round win.

Please see the evidence of the escalation attached to this message (Report p1-2), as well as the round report taken from the game provider (Report p3).
