Hi, my account was closed on this casino 3 months ago. Ever since I've been in contact with them to withdraw the funds that were on my account, which are almost 3000 euros. They asked me for kyc which I sent a long time ago, however I haven't received any response after all this time, they just keep saying that the deparment is checking... i created complaints yet they don't respond to them either
