Casinoly Casino- Technical issues have prolonged my withdrawal

I won in this Casino. And wanted to withdraw. Per Day there are 500€ available. I started the withdrawal and after 3 Days still pending. In your AGB you say only 3 Days. I talked with live chat, no help. I ask if I can help when I send my documents.

Then I canceled the withdrawal and played again. Yesterday I tried it again. So now its a new withdrawal still pending. Sent documents per Email. I talked with the live support. Coincidentally There was a update in there system because of this it took longer. This casino tries to scam people and this is my opinion till I get my money!
