Not allowed to take away winnings

I haven't received my winnings for almost a week now. Every day I correspond with the support service. No result. Some unsubscribes, for example, that I can only withdraw 500€ per day, but I can’t withdraw even 500€. In the chat they answer that your situation is being considered, but it is not known when they will consider it. The email response is the same: "Thank you for contacting us. In order for us to help you accurately and efficiently, could you please provide us with more details about your request?" My documents have been verified. I have screenshots and replies from the casino via email, but I don't know how to send them to you. I don't see how to attach screenshots or email replies.

Yes, they paid me my winnings, or rather everything that was left of it. It was a mocking service. They did this for as long as possible! I would recommend everyone to never play at this casino!!!
