Delayed Withdrawal and wrong Information


I have about 10.000 Euro in the Casinoly Casino ready for withdrawal.

My VIP Stat allows for 800 Euro a day.

My First withdrawal was at 11.09.23 in the morning. In their Terms of Confusion it IS stated that within the 3 Business days they will work on the withdrawal. Nothing happened. The Support tells me all lies they find in their handbook, starting from: it's an Automatic process to the Money is in the way and it is not within 3 days, it maybe 3 days.

Their Terms of Condition definitely says within 3 Business days. They also lied about my First withdrawal request. But I have made Screenshots for everything. My withdrawal, my Winnings with 5 Scatter on Breakaway and and and...

The First withdrawals are made, but i did not get a notice for the third withdrawal that the Casino dated on my complaint for today 30.09.2023
