BetVoyager Casino - Still not processing my payment after months of waiting

I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests with Betvoyager for the amount 326.99 euro since March 2018. They have not processed nor answered my support queries until April 18 2018 where they instructed me to provide them with my neteller account to process payment. I did so and still they did not submit my withdrawal request. I have tried contacting them multiple times since and no response.

This complaint has been reopened as per BetVoyager Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

The player requested a payment after we stopped accepting Australian players due to Australian regulations. In fact, the payment authorities placed a restriction on Australian transfers and we couldn’t physically transfer the money to the player. While we were looking for a way to pay the player, he stopped responding. Finally, he got back to us and answered, then we found a way to send him his money.

The issue is fixed, please mark it as SOLVED.
