None of the representatives of the casino respond to my letters!
I mainly play roulette. I do not use bonus offers.

I've been playing there for about 10 years. I've never had multiple accounts. Twice in a few months (the last time in April 2020), the verification was successfully completed and payments from the casino with a long delay, but were received. Then the payments stopped altogether. I had to cancel a lot of payments, because the money was returned to the balance again and again, since more than a month had passed since the start of the withdrawal. Imagine! Casino for a month !!! cannot withdraw 100eu to the player !!! Therefore, I decided not to play there anymore and put most of the money on the withdrawal (900eu + 900eu + 900eu). This can be seen in the screenshots that I have provided.
Then the casino apparently did not have any money at all and they decided not to pay me an honest win, accusing me of violating the terms.
I have played roulette, craps, baccarat and other games and do not know or understand how the software can be used.
The casino provided no evidence of a violation of the terms, just words and confiscation of money.
I have replies from the casino, I have successfully passed the verification, the letters did not say about “multiple accounts” and any violations of the Rules. I didn't take any bonuses, I played only with my own money, I don't understand why I should violate something.
I specifically cover this problem in many forums. Because the player is not at all protected from casino arbitrariness! They just wanted to and don't pay!
I contacted the Curacao Gaming Commission, they have no evidence that I have violated something. They simply transmit the text that the casino dictates to them.
The case is not closed! I am waiting for the toughening of the Rules of the Curacao Gaming Commission, so that my dispute is analyzed in detail and with BetVoyager casino they seriously demanded financial relations with the player and finally canceled their license, or let them pay the winnings.
