BetVoyager Casino -Can't withdraw my money

So I am going to send you some pics...

pic 1: want to withdraw 50 Euros - which I deposited with Trustly. (As you can see you can only use Credit Cards, Neteller, Skrill, UPayCard, YandexMoney and Eco as a withdraw option)
pic2: since Trustly isn't there, I wanted to use the Visa Card, this is the error message I get.

pic 4: Error Message using Skrill as withdraw option.

Since I don't have an account on the other Withdraw option it is impossible for me to make a withdraw. I don't know how to make a withdraw right now, since Trustly isn't an option. And the others get all declined. So far I did write the support 2 times, but to no avail. No answer so far. So it would be great if you could help me there.

okay, today I got a message from the BetVoyager Financial department. They need a copy of my driving license and a copy of a bank document to verify my account...well we'll see...
