Casino Estrella - Delaying my payment for too long now

Dear Ask gamblers,

I recently joined casino estrella depositing a few hundred pounds and did not take any bonuses.

on Monday the 4th January 2015 I requested a withdrawal of 1000 euro. I had already sent in all my verification documents which I was informed was all in order.

I hadn't received my winnings after a week so I contacted support and was told that they were changing payment provider and that payments would be made the following Monday. On that Monday I still hadn't received my winnings. I contacted support again who informed me that there was a delay however I was top of the list. I emailed support but didn't receive any reply.

It is now Friday the 16th January still no payment and can't get a hold of casino estrella. I have been told lots of different stories. I have saved all of the live chats and other correspondence which shows the different stories.

Can you please help me sort this?

Hi guys just to let you know after a lot of hard work on my part casino estrella eventually paid me today. I will however be closing my account permanently and playing on another site that pays their players in a reasonable time period.

I consider this complaint resolved. Thanks.
