I registred a new account at Cashimashicasino and play for a while, i made several deposits and after w while i have won 500.
I thought i made a cashout.
i already had sent my documents a week before, so i thought everything was fine.
Then i get a email from them saying i made a mistake when i registring a account, i have set germany instead of The netherlands.
I can not recall that because iam extra carefull upon register a account, so i read the T&C and there is nothing saying that players from The Netherlands are not accepted ( see attached file) so i thought it's OK to play here.
But now the withdrawal is refused, my account closed and they refuse to pay back my deposits??
If they refuse to even pay my deposits, its in my eyes robbery?

You are required to update and keep up to date the mandatory information provided in the registration form in the event such information changes.”
Furthermore and in addition to closing the account, we reserve the right to confiscate any winnings associated with the illegal account:

Despite the player´s intentions on breaching our terms and conditions, we were nonetheless willing to refund his deposits.
Since the player has deposited via Paysafe vouchers only, we require a bank statement of a bank account owned by the mentioned player, to where we can carry out the refund. We have requested a bank statement from the player
