Withdrawal issues


Hello,

I have a problem with a withdrawal that I would like to make.
On Sunday, May 21,  I made a deposit at the casino Zigzag777 via Skrill.

I've been playing for a while and luckily I  win an amount of 200 euros. I was very happy with this and wanted to withdraw. I could only make a withdrawal via Visa, and there was no other option at all. I found that to be strange, because if you make a deposit via Skrill or whatever, the amount  will be refunded by the same route. I immediately notified chat that I can not make any withdrawal .
I spoke to Fabio, he let me know that, at this moment, the only available method to withdraw is Visa.
I really had something like that, how are we going to solve this now?
Fabio let me know: If we see Skrill is undergoing maintenance works, that could last for a couple of days.
So I asked him for how long, Fabio told me, For now we have not got any precise periods for when the Skrill is turning back active again.
I asked him if it could be through another way, at this time, only via Visa he let me know.
I asked Fabio whether it was possible to make a withdrawal through a bank or another way,  he said no.
I do not have a Visa card, as many other people do not have a Visa.
 
At Zigzag777 casino you can make a deposit in several ways, but they can not pay you through the same route?
I feel misled, if I had known this, I did not even have a deposit.
I have a strange feeling at this casino.

I have just received an email from the casino zigzag777.
The amount 900 EUR has just been transferred to Skrill, the amount is now on Skrill.

I notified the support team about this and we will find a solution as soon as possible. We will try to make an exception and pay you via Skrill all the money you have on your balance at the moment.

For future, please check the withdrawal methods for your country before you decide to play in order to avoid this kind of issues. As stated above, the Skrill option was not available when you made your deposits so there was no reason to open this complaint.

Our support team will notify you about further progress on this and the money on your account will be frozen until a withdrawal will be made.
