Withdrawal Delay No Updates from Candybet Since Request

I would like to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Candybet casino.

I submitted my withdrawal request on 28/05/2026 at 18:25:47, and since that time I have received no updates, no communication, and no status change regarding my request.

According to Candybet’s own Terms & Conditions (see attached screenshot), withdrawal processing times can take up to 24 hours. However, this timeframe has clearly been exceeded, and there has been no explanation provided for the delay.

This lack of transparency and communication is concerning. I expect:

A clear update on the status of my withdrawal
An explanation for the delay beyond the stated 24-hour processing time
Immediate processing of my withdrawal request

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay and the uncertainty the player experienced while waiting for the withdrawal to be processed. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a withdrawal takes longer than expected, especially when clear updates are being sought.

We are pleased to confirm that the withdrawal request has since been fully approved and processed, and the funds have been successfully received by the player.

While we are glad that the payment ultimately reached the player, we genuinely regret that the overall experience led to disappointment. We understand that trust and communication are extremely important during the withdrawal process, and we are sorry that we did not meet the player's expectations on this occasion.

We would also like to note that following the successful completion of the withdrawal, the player chose to close their account. While we fully respect that decision, we are truly sorry to see the player leave under these circumstances.
