Before I started playing with them, I asked how long it would take to get paid, they said a maximum of an hour, but after talking to the agent they changed their mind and said 24 hours had passed and 24 hours later my payout still hasn't arrived.i make deposit of 450 euro cash out 900 hundred...So they are deliberately canceling my transaction even though it was stated that the payment would be made within an hour, even though they said it would be within 24 hours, that too has passed....

I think they should put where it says withdrawal time on the e-wallet -1 hour it must be 48-96 hours

Hello, I confirm that I was paid, but only when I changed the payment method from Skrill to Crypto.... I waited 48 hours for the payment from Skrill, although it was clearly stated that the payment would be made within an hour or never longer than 24 hours. If I had not changed the payment to Crypto, I believe that I would still not have been paid.... As far as I am concerned, you can close this case, but I ask Candybet Casino to clearly state the payment time so that such cases do not occur. I thank Askgamblers for the quick response and support to the player.
Candybet on your second post,of course, I wouldn't have changed the payment method, if you hadn't delayed the payment so much, and if the customer service hadn't kept repeating and finding excuses

We would also like to add:
in line with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy requirements, withdrawals should be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Requesting withdrawals via a different method may result in additional checks or delays.

To avoid similar situations in the future, we kindly ask that withdrawal requests are not canceled once submitted and that the same payment method is used whenever possible.

Withrawall takes too long

More than two weeks ago, I requested a withdrawal on CandyBet Casino. Following their requirements, I submitted all requested account verification documents and waited for approval. The casino advertises that they process withdrawals within 24 hours, which sounded very promising, but the reality has been entirely different.
A couple of days after submitting my initial request, I contacted customer support to ask about the status. I only received generic, automated template responses stating that I should wait because an "ongoing check" is taking place. Support provided no concrete timeline, date, or clear explanation of what is being verified.
Since then, the process has been completely derailed:
1. First Withdrawal: Simply disappeared from the system/pending status after a week without any payout or clear explanation.
2. Second Request: Accidentally canceled by me while checking the account status.
3. Third Request: I submitted a new withdrawal request last Thursday and am still waiting without any update.
I have fulfilled all verification requirements from my side, yet I am being kept in the dark with repetitive generic answers. I would be extremely grateful if the AskGamblers team could assist me in resolving this issue and helping me receive my funds. Withdrawal amount 600€

Delayed withdrawal for 4 days

I want to submit a formal complaint about a withdrawal which is taking 4 days !!
The amount is small (100€) and i don't understand why they are delaying the process.

Each withdrawal is taking 3-5 days and not a few hours mentioned in the ads. In my opinon the casino rating is much above that it should be !

I would like to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Candybet casino.

I submitted my withdrawal request on 28/05/2026 at 18:25:47, and since that time I have received no updates, no communication, and no status change regarding my request.

According to Candybet’s own Terms & Conditions (see attached screenshot), withdrawal processing times can take up to 24 hours. However, this timeframe has clearly been exceeded, and there has been no explanation provided for the delay.

This lack of transparency and communication is concerning. I expect:

A clear update on the status of my withdrawal
An explanation for the delay beyond the stated 24-hour processing time
Immediate processing of my withdrawal request

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter.

Withdrawal under process for almost 48 hours

Hello,

I have made a withdrawal request of 750 EUR at Candy Bet. After almost 48 hours still I didn't get the funds. Support keeps replying its under process and that they have large volume of requests which we all know is just a generic reply casinos like to give.
