After reading reviews seeing that Bovegas has fairly good gameplay, I decided to give them a chance. I won $10,000 playing blackjack, did not do any bonuses. I requested a payout of $2,000 in early July. I was approved to receive $300 and it should be sent out shortly. I emailed the finance manager, Jenny Johnson, about why the withdrawal has been reduced by almost seven times my initial request, and she said that because of my player class and their terms & conditions that they can only pay me that much per request. Two weeks later, I request another payout of $1750 (allowed one request per week). Now I am only approved for $250. They did not even send me the initial $300. I understand casinos doing the stall tactics hoping players keep playing and lose their winnings, but this kind of refusal to send me any payments at all is stopping me from putting anymore bets until my payout is fully received. If I could receive any help that would be very appreciated. Thank you.
