I deposited $1000 in this casino with no bonus and requested a cash out of approx $1600 . One week they wasted my time asking for several documents and finally they approved my documents on 10/10/2017 .
I immediately requested a withdrawal for $1600. They said amount would be credited back to my account in 7 days. On 10/20 they sent me an email saying that only $600 was approved and it was sent to my credit card.
Amount is still not credited to my card. I even called my bank and asked about it.
Why did they put it back on card when they promised it would be credited to my bank account ?(Why did they took my bank details if they want to put it on the card?)
Why only $600 was approved when i requested $1600 ?(Their max withdrawal is $2000)

Still did not receive my first withdrawal. I also have $900 pending payment. I will reach out my credit card customer service and report it.
