I made a legitimate deposit the Saturday after Thanksgiving, 2019. I deposited $30 and got lucky on Roulette and ended up winning $1300. I went through the verification process which took over a month to complete, then they began the payout process. It is now January 23 and I have only received $250 of my $1300. They have promised another $250, but their 7-10 business day timeframe is a joke and they do not honor it. I had to email them several times in order to even get a response, and then I was told they had a high number of winners so the payout would be delayed. At this rate it will be 6 months before I am payed the full amount. This is an absolute scam meant to prey on gamblers. I read the terms and conditions and BoVegas casino does not follow their own rules. All I want is the money I won fair and square.

I finally received the remaining payout amount in my account, and I thank you and askgamblers.com for the assistance provided. I have now received the full amount of $1300 in total. Thank you for the update and consider this complaint closed.

Update: I received another $250 installment from BoVegas, and they have finally approved the remaining $850 to be deposited in no more than 10 business days. I still had to email them today before I received this confirmation, but they did get back to me with the “approval”. I will update the complaint once I have received the funds in full.
