BoVegas Casino - Took extra money from my debit card

they took £15.80 from my bank and denied they did it. i have screen shots of my account with both the bank and the casino. I also have the chat transcripts of them denying that they did it. they said it was my bank . i spoke to my bank who confirmed bo vegas claimed it. heres one of the chats
