I won $3000 a month ago at Bovegas. After submitting all necessary documents even my marriage certificate to prove who I am , I requested a payout. That was nearly a month ago. It took two entire weeks for approval and today is the 7th business day and I have yet to receive payment. Also although I requested $2000 which is their max amount only $250.00 was approved and the rest was put back to payable balance. The funds where sent back to credit card even though I requested a wire transfer to bank account. I have contacted finance regarding their installment practice for clarification of player class and how it is determined but have only received cut and paste responses. I played at Bovegas because they appeared to reputable but after reading complaints , I am having issues with their withdrawal practice like many others. I have made many deposits at this casino and it feels as if it penalizes a player for winning by holding their funds hostage only releasing $250.00 at a time. It has been a month since I won and no money has been received. I do not foresee me ever depositing again here as it will take a minimum of 3 months to receive winnings of $3000.I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Please take into consideration that all the payments were released from our bank and they do reflect as delivered. You can see it on the screenshots we have provided you with in our previous post.
We assume there was a small miscommunication in between you and the Finance agent since both payments of $250 went directly to your bank account ( that’s why earlier we provided you with the Wire payment reference numbers).
We would love to offer you our help with locating the payments that’s why we would kindly ask you to submit the bank statement for the period 7/18 till present date so that one of our financial agents could look into it. You may hide all the private information there.
Should you have any further questions or would like to arrange the conference call with your bank, please contact our Live support for further assistance.

I believe I will have to have that conference call as the information that you and your customer service reps does not match. There is a remaining $500 that still needs to be paid out. The confusion I believe is the initial payout of $250 that was sent to my credit card and that was never received. I will contacting customer service for that conference call.
