OK, on 03/04/19 I requested a withdrawal of 1300$. Seven days after the fact the casino stated they sent me 250 of the request and placed the rest of my withdrawal request amount back to my account to play with. After speaking with customer service, they stated I can withdraw the remaining amount by submitting another withdrawal request which will probably take another 7 days to only receive 250 when I now requested 1000. So in theory it would take 28 days to receive a 1000$ I don't understand I didn't request 250 I requested 1300.
