First they stole 750€ from me and then declined to pay the remaining 250€

I have deposit on 02.01.2015 25.--€. This was the third deposit (3 times deposi 105 Euro) without Luck before. On 02.01. i have won over 1000€. I can withdraw 999 € so i do it. I send my Documents and on 7.01.2015 the Documents were accepted. I wait for withdraw. Than i get an message that i will get only 250.--€. On 12.01. i get message that they have send my MONEY Wire Transfer. Still havent my Money. I asked Miss Biemel my "Accountmanagerin" and she have writen they have send the money i have to look/ask to my Bank and than when i still say i havent money i should send them my Bank statement to evidence that i havent get the Money. Horrible!!! The PLAY2WIN Casino should send me the evidence that they have payout. I play some years and havent had such unserious experience like Play2win.

Hmm, fact is still iam warning all GAMBLER to play at this casino PLAY2WIN. By chance after my posting i have get the WIRE. AND when you deposit under 100Euro you will not get your winning money only 10x Deposit Money. This terms and conditions you dont get when you deposit. You can read it in small letters when you open Account. Who read ALL terms? No one. You will get the information AFTER withdraw that you will not get your winning Money. And this term and condition is so horrible! I dont know an Casino who have such "Rules"! So dont play there. After the problems i have look/read about PLAY2WIN only bad things just look at casinomeister. There the Casino is on the not recommended list!
