Withdrawal delayed from 11th October
Hi,
Betobet is not paying me my withdrawal request in amount of 2500 EUR from 11th October (Skrill)
I have contacted them few times already but every time I get same copy paste answers that I have sent to you in attachment.
Thing is that my first withdrawal request made in end of September in amount of 2530 EUR (also on Skrill) was processed and paid after 6 days, but now on this second withdrawal made on 11th October they are making delay (currently in duration of 16 days).
I have tried to contact them on their mail [email protected] and also tried to contact their Customer support in Live chat option, but to no avail as they are all the time saying that my account is investigated by Risk department and they wil notify me by mail when this investigation is over. I did not break any of their rules and KYC was done pretty swiftly in beginning of September.
I really need money so please try to contact them. At least they are still not locking my account which gives me hope that they will pay in the end.
Attached are pictures of all messages with their support, Withdrawalof 2500 EUR made on 11th October shown pending still and mails I have sent to their mail [email protected] which show they are repeating same answers all the time.
