For the past four days, my account has been locked without any clear reason. While the amount in question—$40—might not seem significant to some, it represents 17 days of my hard-earned salary that I chose to invest in betting. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, making it difficult for me to focus on anything else.

I have reached out to the BetOBet team via email at [email protected] and [email protected] but have yet to receive a response. I have attached the relevant proofs for your reference.

I kindly ask for your assistance in retrieving my funds and resolving this matter as swiftly as possible. Your help would mean a lot to me during this challenging time.

I am filing this complaint against Betobet due to a significant delay in processing my withdrawal requested on March 13th. Despite their Terms and Conditions stating a 3-5 business day processing window, today is the 8th business day and my funds remain "Pending".
Key points of the case:
Verification: My account is fully verified (confirmed by Agent Suzanna on March 13th).
Method Authorization: I attempted to withdraw via VISA (my deposit method), but the option was unavailable. Agent Maya explicitly authorized me to use Crypto (Binance/USDT) instead.
Lack of Communication: I have sent multiple emails providing screenshots of these authorizations. The only response I receive is a generic "your case has been forwarded," with no explanation for the delay.

I requested a $700 withdrawal from Betobet.com

The withdrawal has failed twice, even though my account is fully verified and I have completed the x5 wagering requirement.

Customer support keeps telling me I will receive an email explaining the reason, but no email has ever been sent.

Live chat is now not responding at all.

I am requesting a clear explanation and payment of my withdrawal.

3000 Withdrawal Ignored for more than 3 weeks

I requested a $3,000 CAD withdrawal from my BetOBet account on November 17, 2025 via Interac e-Transfer.

My account is fully KYC verified, all wagering requirements were completed, and my account has no restrictions.

Since submitting the request:

Over 21 days have passed and the withdrawal has not been processed

Support only gives the same response: “Your request has been escalated to the relevant department”

No confirmation, no transaction ID, no fixed release date has been provided

Emails and formal escalation notices ignored

I sent two formal escalation emails, including one with a 48-hour deadline for action. Both were ignored.

I continued betting on the site during this time, but that does not excuse the withholding of my funds.

At this point, I have begun external escalation, including:

Filing complaints with consumer-protection and anti-fraud platforms

Documenting everything for payment processors and banks

Posting on public review sites like Trustpilot and LCB

This is not a normal delay. BetOBet is systematically withholding customer funds, providing zero transparency, and ignoring formal escalation.

Holding withdrawal hostage

I requested my original withdrawal 2 weeks ago and was denied due to KYC reasons and wager requirements.

I completed both and asked support if I was good to withdraw again, and was told yes.

I then requested my second withdrawal attempt on Oct 13 and have been waiting ever since.

Today I asked support where my withdrawal is, and they told me I'm not fully verified (even though I submitted my docs and received an email back saying I'm fully verified). Then, support proceeded to tell me I didn't meet the wager requirements, which I had to correct for some reason.

It seems like the person didn't even have access to my account or previous chats to review history.

Support then told me my withdrawal will be a priority. I highly doubt that, as this has taken way longer than needed.

Pending withdrawal since December 1st

I requested a withdrawal of 1000 USD on 1st Dec.

According to bet o bet policy it takes 3 working days for the withdrawal. But this time even after waiting for more than a week I have not received my withdrawal and neither I am getting any positive response from the support team.

Withdrawal delayed from 11th October

Hi,

Betobet is not paying me my withdrawal request in amount of 2500 EUR from 11th October (Skrill)

I have contacted them few times already but every time I get same copy paste answers that I have sent to you in attachment.

Thing is that my first withdrawal request made in end of September in amount of 2530 EUR (also on Skrill) was processed and paid after 6 days, but now on this second withdrawal made on 11th October they are making delay (currently in duration of 16 days).

I have tried to contact them on their mail [email protected] and also tried to contact their Customer support in Live chat option, but to no avail as they are all the time saying that my account is investigated by Risk department and they wil notify me by mail when this investigation is over. I did not break any of their rules and KYC was done pretty swiftly in beginning of September.

I really need money so please try to contact them. At least they are still not locking my account which gives me hope that they will pay in the end.

Attached are pictures of all messages with their support, Withdrawalof 2500 EUR made on 11th October shown pending still and mails I have sent to their mail [email protected] which show they are repeating same answers all the time.

Withdrawal canceled or rejected

I would like to make a complaint to the bet or bet casino, I have requested a withdrawal 3 times and they reject it, the chat advisors tell me that it is a technical problem, on top of that it takes 3 business days every time I request a withdrawal, they never paid me, come back the balance in the account, I have no way to collect the money earned.

On top of that, they cover themselves by saying that I should request the withdrawal again, they have already requested it 3 times and they reject it, and now I requested it again and I will have to wait again for 3 business days and they will surely reject it again and say that it is a technical problem. I need them to give me my money earned in good law.

I will attach the screenshots of the withdrawals made and those that rejected me, and the chat with one of the advisors.

Delayed withdrawal without any reason given

I have a pending withdrawal that is very late. I requested the withdrawal last week Tuesday, on the 30th of July. In their terms and conditions it is stated that withdrawals are processed within three business days, meaning that I should have received my funds by last week Friday at the latest. I am verified, and I have successfully withdrawn from this casino once before (it was processed on the third working day) but to this day, the 6th of August, my current withdrawal is still pending. I have asked repeatedly what is going on and all they have said is that the issue is "escalated" without giving me even an idea of when the withdrawal will be processed. This is very frustrating. I need this money and I expected better from a licensed casino. I am humbly asking that they process my withdrawal immediately as I have been waiting for a week now.

My account with the casino is in the ZAR (South African Rands) currency so the pending withdrawal is for ZAR14942.66 which at the current moment amounts to €738.26. I have attached screenshots of all my correspondence with the casino and I ask for my issue to be resolved as this is just unfair.

Good morning ,
hereby to open an official warning against betobet casino.
I signed up to this site, I have been correctly verified. I deposited, won and lost.
On 11.04.2024 I decide to make a withdrawal of 2550 euros. On 04.16.2024, after having been laughed at by various support members, I sent assistance to that country and therefore decided to gamble the 2,550 euros which were no longer present in the withdrawal but had returned to the account.
I win, and there are 8,542.58 euros in my account. I try to make the withdrawal again and my account is blocked. It is therefore not possible to withdraw funds, nor is it possible to access my account anymore.
Upon my request I was told that he was blocked by the management due to offensive behavior.
We are talking about 8542 euros and not 100 euros.
This is not possible. This casino appears to have the Curacao license but as usual these casino people do what they want and like.
I ask you for help to be able to withdraw my funds and run away from them.
