I am filing this complaint against Betobet due to a significant delay in processing my withdrawal requested on March 13th. Despite their Terms and Conditions stating a 3-5 business day processing window, today is the 8th business day and my funds remain "Pending".
​Key points of the case:
​Verification: My account is fully verified (confirmed by Agent Suzanna on March 13th).
​Method Authorization: I attempted to withdraw via VISA (my deposit method), but the option was unavailable. Agent Maya explicitly authorized me to use Crypto (Binance/USDT) instead.
​Lack of Communication: I have sent multiple emails providing screenshots of these authorizations. The only response I receive is a generic "your case has been forwarded," with no explanation for the delay.
​I am requesting the immediate approval of my withdrawal and the provision of the TXID.
