Delayed cashout without cause


I requested a cashout in June 19th. My VIP host Lucas had been previously helping me with processing cash outs within the same day but this time was different.
He stated that he can’t give me preferential treatment over the other VIP players especially since he claimed that I hadn’t deposited for the entire month of May. That was incorrect and I even sent him a screenshot of my steady deposits. His response was, “ you’ll get it next week as per the terms and conditions”. Despite me showing him that I had in fact deposited multiple times in May without profit.
Last week came..no cash out. I emailed him again. He replied again that I’ll get it next week. I am fully verified, there is no reason for the delay of my winnings. I have been holding off on filing a complaint but I believe I am being punished because I haven’t spent as much money as Lucas wanted of me? That is not right. It is only $500 but it is my winnings and I should not have to wait over the standard time frame. This is intentional. I have maintained all email interactions.
