Delayed withdrawal without any reason given
I have a pending withdrawal that is very late. I requested the withdrawal last week Tuesday, on the 30th of July. In their terms and conditions it is stated that withdrawals are processed within three business days, meaning that I should have received my funds by last week Friday at the latest. I am verified, and I have successfully withdrawn from this casino once before (it was processed on the third working day) but to this day, the 6th of August, my current withdrawal is still pending. I have asked repeatedly what is going on and all they have said is that the issue is "escalated" without giving me even an idea of when the withdrawal will be processed. This is very frustrating. I need this money and I expected better from a licensed casino. I am humbly asking that they process my withdrawal immediately as I have been waiting for a week now.
My account with the casino is in the ZAR (South African Rands) currency so the pending withdrawal is for ZAR14942.66 which at the current moment amounts to €738.26. I have attached screenshots of all my correspondence with the casino and I ask for my issue to be resolved as this is just unfair.
