I requested a $3,000 CAD withdrawal from my BetOBet account on November 17, 2025 via Interac e-Transfer.
My account is fully KYC verified, all wagering requirements were completed, and my account has no restrictions.
Since submitting the request:
Over 21 days have passed and the withdrawal has not been processed
Support only gives the same response: “Your request has been escalated to the relevant department”
No confirmation, no transaction ID, no fixed release date has been provided
Emails and formal escalation notices ignored
I sent two formal escalation emails, including one with a 48-hour deadline for action. Both were ignored.
I continued betting on the site during this time, but that does not excuse the withholding of my funds.
At this point, I have begun external escalation, including:
Filing complaints with consumer-protection and anti-fraud platforms
Documenting everything for payment processors and banks
Posting on public review sites like Trustpilot and LCB
This is not a normal delay. BetOBet is systematically withholding customer funds, providing zero transparency, and ignoring formal escalation.
