Bet chan are having issues paying withdrawal they said sign up to skrill or neteller because there having problems with withdrawals to cards so signed up to skrill deposited 25£ and tried to deposit and it said skrill no longer making payments to this vendor somethings going wrong every time I withdrawn they keep sending payment back to balance so much for 1 hour pending

Thanks for the response yes the withdrawal eventually went through at the tenth time of trying you told me to make a skrill account and deposit from there I made skrill account and it wouldn't let me deposit to your site that's another £25 stuck in skrill lost money again on the wire transfere this isn't good enough for company rated so highly on here also most of your slots don't work I've tried iPad an Google Crome on laptop

Hi Askgamblers team!

Customer canceled his withdrawal and played with this money. Unfortunately he was not too much lucky, and lost his funds.

I believe we can close this complaint and mark as solved, because we can't do anything right now since customer lost his funds.

Yes I did lose the money after waiting an waiting think you should let everybody in the uk know you can't pay back to card they deposited on
