Hello I wanted to ask for help regarding my withdrawal not being procced first i was told to wait 48 hrs to process withdrawal and nothing.

I asked customer service stated has been reported to the right dept that there is no accurate time when my money will be withdrawn.

I don't know were else to go for help til i saw a complain service here in askgamblers.

yes its 2000 mxn and the only withdrawel poricess they provide me is via crypto and now they state that the service is not working and they dont know till when they will get it back up in running its been 2 weeks and allways new issues are arising . I dont know wat to do anymore

no updates just that the department of finance is finally looking into it but no updates my withdrawel still pending .

Hello i just wanted to add this is the same issue with the a complain that previously happen here with withdrwig and stalling? one of the first complains this casino got actualy axact same thing is happening with me and i dont think thats right !

hello igot an update from amerio.bet stating that the isue with withdrawing was resolved to go ahead a request another withdrawel i then go an do that and my withdrawel stil pending so it does not allow me i then go back to supoort and say that i should withdraw mxn and the truth is you can only withdraw with trc20 and erc20 .. so then again they state it will be fowarded to the relevant dept again? this is like the idont know how many time they do this . imean this not fair pls help ask gamblers .
