Hello, I have been waiting for a withdrawal of funds (~130$) since July 6th. Still haven't received a withdrawal. Although they claimed that withdrawals take up to 48 hours, much more time has passed.
The account has been verified, I have already made deposits and withdrawals in this casino before.
The support is friendly, but they couldn’t help with the withdrawal of funds.

Withdrawel not being processeed

Hello I wanted to ask for help regarding my withdrawal not being procced first i was told to wait 48 hrs to process withdrawal and nothing.

I asked customer service stated has been reported to the right dept that there is no accurate time when my money will be withdrawn.

I don't know were else to go for help til i saw a complain service here in askgamblers.

Max win rule violated

Deposited in Amerio 10 euro and got 300% bonus 30 euro.

Attached please see screenshot of terms for this bonus. Terms say that max win after wagering is 5 x BONUS amount.

After I finished wagering my balance dropped to 50 euro - which is 5x DEPOSIT (not 5x bonus as in terms).

After I contacted them I was told that it was the system setting to pay only 5xdeposit. Is this OK? Can they publish bonus terms and then blame the system? They said they cannot do anything about it (because it was system) and this decision is final.

Cryptocurrency deposit

Two days ago I made a deposit in the TON cryptocurrency in the amount of 11 euros and to this day there are no funds in the account. Live chat does not want to tell me how long it takes for the financial department to check the transaction for which I sent all the necessary data. They haven't paid me my 70 dollars for a month now

Hello dear! These scammers have not paid me my $70 for a month! My account has been verified a long time ago and I haven’t taken any bonuses from them! My withdrawal requests are constantly being rejected. Technical support is not people, but bots who constantly write that they have no information! They are simply useless!

Amerio banned my account without paying remaining balance

Good Afternoon ASKGAMBLERS,

I'm contacting you regarding a problem with Amerio Bet.

After completing successfully completing KYC and doing a withdrawal request of 300€ (which was successful) Amerio banned my account, without paying out the remaining balance which has left around 1700€.

No response was given via email, they just banned me without a reason.

I would really appreciate your help in this matter.

Account verified. The withdrawals were successful. While I was playing there were no problems. The last withdrawal of $300 was cancelled. Due to a casino error (I don’t understand what I violated as a player) They returned the last deposit and bonus, they told me to try to win again). What happened to my withdrawal? Wager won back. I did not place a bet higher than 1 dollar. The maximum withdrawal did not exceed . They also changed the bonus rules after my withdrawal request.

Denied withdrawal and stalling

I found out about Amerio casino via Askgamblers as it was added recently. However, I am having problems with them regarding my withdrawal. So the story goes like this:

I made a withdrawal of 400 USDT on March 18 (the account has been verified), before I made deposit with BTC but they do have withdrawal option for BTC which is very strange. The only option is USDT. But that was not a problem for me and I requested a withdrawal of 400USDT via Tether (The total balance was 519usd). I was told it takes 48hours to process the withdrawal. So I went to chat after 2 days. Upon checking I was told everything was fine and I should wait. Nothing changed for another couple of days so I went on the chat once again and I was told finance team is working on it. After another couple of days I was told the team is checking my game play and today, March 26, when I logged in to the account I noticed the withdrawal has been denied (I did not receive any email). The chat told me this is because I requested a withdrawal via different method. But as I told, the only option was Tether (USDT). After that the chat member simply told me ok, so in this case please make withdrawals partially, 50USDT for example. I see that they are not willing to pay out because the way they are talking is simply making random stuff up in order to stall the whole process.

I am attaching the screenshots of my withdrawal which was denied, my total balance and the history of the live chat. If there is anything else I need to provide let me know.
