After i won a jackpot a screen appeared that stated i could withdraw $1400 dollars. I hit withdrawl. the live chat came up and said they needed $200 to process. I agreed.

After 5 weeks of faxing information and my speaking to a MRG. the casino stated i could only withdraw $500 dollars and the other $700 dollars wen t back to the casino.

Hello, there was no screen saying she could withdraw $1,400 and we would never ask for $200 to process a withdrawal. I have double checked through all the payments and this player certainly never paid this.

The withdrawal was paid within 24 hours of the player completing the verification process (which was three weeks after the win not five). I understand that verifying your account can be a chore, but the documents need to be legible and current for us to accept them.

The win came from a promotional coupon that carried a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus amount; hence she was paid $500. The terms of this offer were readily available.
