I did like using this casino. It is hard to find a good casino for USA players. I lost more than i won probably. I enjoyed playing but when it came time where i won and requested payout i was told i would have to wait until Wednesday for payout to process. Today is that day, I was excited to get back on Vegas Crest and find out more about my payout. Now when I tried logging in, it did not allow me to. I asked customer service about it and they said my account was closed and to check my email. I checked my e-mail to see that their "Security Filters" have been triggered and thus my account is permanently disabled and they will refund my deposit which i have still not received. I should be receiving my deposit and winnings. My payout was supposed to be processed today. I find it really funny how Vegas Crest has disabled my account permanently the same exact day that i requested my payout. They say my account is deemed "high risk for safety and game fairness"? for what? they wouldnt explain for what, i have to e-mail them to have a full explanation. Then they say this decision is final and irreversible. I was very entertained using this casino from the start and now they have made me so upset especially for the fact that when i finally win, they close my account for "High Risk" the same exact day as my payout was to process. Very fishy and shady act. This issue needs to be resolved. I am so furious I am thinking of speaking with the gaming commission about this since I have also seen similar complaints about this Casino.
