Yesterday i received 14 fs on night in paris slot for the valentines day. Managed to win 8 euros but the thing was the the winnings were automatically credited to AUD for some reason. So i couldnt change it to euros. I never played either deposited in AUD. So it was kinda new for me playing in AUD. Anyway i told them about the mistake but they told me they cannot exchange it to euro eventough it was their fault. Well i managed to complete the wager requirements and went to the withdrawal section only for my surprise to see that all the withdrawal methods are locked except bank transfer with minimum withdrawal 200AUD.(my winnings and max cashout from this bonus is 50 AUD and my amount is 46AUD) Except that, i cannot use bank transfer cause i dont have one. Only method i used at 7bitcasino.com is skrill. My account is fully verified as well. Moreover they told me that i have to use and aud account in order to deposit and withdraw. Well the thing is that im european citizen, i never used AUD in my life neither i have an AUD account. Its their fault that forced me to play with AUD coin since it was credited automatically there, eventhough all my deposits and withdrawals were made with EURO. Also, after asking the withdrawal via skrill time frame they told me its 5 days( eventhough all my withdrawals were made in the same day) I dont like these tactics so i decided to come here for a solution.
