Refusing to pay winnings of 2.9 BTC claiming Turkish players are not allowed
I always look for a site to play from askgamblers to not have issues. I played over 6 bitcoin casinos all chosen by askgamblers ratings and didn't have any issues. (thanks for that by the way)
Last week i've chosen 7bits to play. (By checking if they accept Turkish users. *Attachment 1) As i had some issues about VPN use before, i always connect "live chat" after i sign up. I did the same here. I asked for live support to check "If there are any problems with my Turkish VPN or with my account" Ashley, the girl on the support said "everything is fine, you can deposit". (They can provide the chat log)
I deposited several times, lost and won, then i withdrawn 1.3 BTC, they sent it quick. (in 10 minutes) This week i made some more and more deposits. Last one i won some good money, tried to withdraw several times than support mailed me to confirm my identity. As i am familiar with the period i have sent my documents. After 2 hours of time i got a mail from their support claiming that they can not pay me because of i am a Turkish player and i must have know that i shouldn't play on their site. (At that moment i had 2.9 BTC on my account *Attachment 2)
As you can see on their site (if they change there is google cache and Attachment 3) Turkey is not one of the restricted countries.
So:
They allow me to sign up with choosing Turkey as nation. (As they've disabled my account, i cant take screenshots from nation section)
On askgamblers it says "Players from Turkey accepted".
They don't have Turkey on restricted countries.
I played there for over a week with many deposits and withdraw already nobody said anything
And more important; I connected and asked the support if there are any problems when i signed up (I am very sure i underlined VPN use and Turkish user), they said "everything is fine"
When i mention about live chat talk before i deposited first time they answer like that : "Support Agents are not experts in laws". They are sending me some terms of their sites saying that "It is legal for You to participate in the Games according to applicable laws in the jurisdiction of your residence." that term is on every single bitcoin site on askgamblers. And on my country not all gambling sites are banned. Goverment allows many bet sites. Event if they do depend on this term: How can i know which one is banned or witch one is not if the site is not telling me that they do allow me to play? Also if that term goes on, everybody who signs up to any site from askgamblers which askgamblers says "Players from Turkey allowed" can be cheated in this way.
As a result i want my 2.9 BTC winnings, than i'll close my account on that site. What they are doing is totally against the nature of life. I don't think that is any logic to explain that situation.
