I have been complaining about this since January 10.

I played a lot of money on the ninth through 11th and I was not accredited any comp points for this. My comp level for VIP has stuck at level eight for a while now. They are not crediting players for their VIP level up status.

I should be on nine now, and I should have received a $500 cash bonus as promised on their level of program. They keep telling me that the problem is being fixed and even telling me this for about a week now and it’s never fixed. It is never fixed, they never credit me, or add up my level to the appropriate level, which it should be on, which is VIP level nine. I should have received a five dollar bonus by now, but I refuse to do that they tell me they’re working on it but they never do it or do not take me seriously and I play a lot. And I’m about ready to stop playing on the site because of this. It is very frustrating dealing with customer service.

I have messaged him and message them but they do absolutely nothing. Nothing, it’s not tell me that the department is in charge of this is working on the issue with it being investigated, but they never do anything, but I do absolutely nothing and their level of program is a lie, giving my $500 and give me my correct VIP status that I’ve earned and should be credited to me.

I was not asking for too much. Just give me my $500 in credit my account correctly, when I play even to this day as I play my cup points, do not add up on my profile, and I am not accredited my level up status that I should have been given by now. Complaint, complaint, complaint, and you gotta do nothing, for such a well regarding casino.

This is ridiculous and astonishing. Fix the problem, just do your jobs, please. Stop telling me the problem is being worked on and just fix it now.

This complaint is resolved, although the comp point system is still messed up I did receive my bonus today.
