Rapid Transfer Deposit not credited to my account
I made a deposit of 1250 Norwegian Kroner on 19.august 2020. Deposit was made via Rapid Transfer. The deposit was not credited to my account. Contacted customer service and sent a screenshot from my bank showing the transaction.
This was forwarded to the casinos Finance Department.
I have sent several emails and still get the same response: "We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Our specialists need more time to solve your problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we still need time."
It is now 8 days since I made the deposit and I have not received any solution.
