I recently began playing at 7bitcasino.com. I made a deposit of $200 (I did not use a deposit bonus). I hit several big wins during bonus rounds on a few games. I requested my winnings (0.17BTC=approx. $6200). It has now been over 15 hours and I still haven't received my winnings. According to their site the BTC payouts are instant. I have contacted customer service several times and keep being told that I need to wait longer. I feel this is nothing more than a ploy to keep from paying my winnings. I will attach screen shots below of my withdraw request and my conversations with the customer service representatives.
