7BitCasino - My withdrawal is not paid

7bitcasino have not paid my withdrawal to me. Their website says it takes 3 to 5 banking days to pay. It is now day 8 banking day and still no payment to be seen.

They tell me it is with my bank but yet my bank can not see any such payment and the casino keeps telling me to kindly wait some more time. They refuse to trace the transaction or provide any further details.

I have added the attachment of the pending withdrawal of $500 that was made on the 18th of May. The screenshot of my banks reply and a screen shot of my conversations with live chat that goes around in a circle of please kindly wait some more times.

After 10 days on the 28th of May, 7bitcasino had bounced back the $500 into my casino account.
I had entered the wrong details on my withdrawel request form and unfortunately thats just how long it took to bounce back.
Tried then to withdraw to my credit card as it was an option only to have the fail and bounce back also and be told 'sorry, credit card withdrawels aren't working atm'
So in order to finally recieve my funds I had to then make a deposit with my skrill account and play that through and get that verified, then finally I could withdraw my funds to my skrill account and from there to my credit card, with a steep withdrawel fee. So from my $500 withdrawel I've ended up with only $370 of it.
It's been a very frustrating experience as all 7bit casino could ever tell me was 'kindly wait some more time'
Had 7bit casino explained to me from the start that I'd entered my details wrong and I would have to kindly wait for the funds to bounce back to my casino account, I would have understood this and been a lot stressed about the whole ordeal.
I'd just like to suggest to them that maybe in future itd be better for them to tell their customers the truth behind what's happened to their withdrawal, over letting them belive the funds were still on the way and kindly just wait some more time.
I would have been a lot more understanding of the truth over being repeatedly told to kindly wait more.
