Deposited 65 euros via Skrill / Rapid Transfer, first depo bonus in mind. The deposit was not credited to my account. Submitted the issue to customer service with the bank transfer receipt screenshot. They said they will get back to me. It's already been full working week and never seen anything like this. Appalling customer service.
