300Euro deposit does not show up after more than 2 weeks


I made a deposit of 300€ on 9th July to 7bitcasino via Rapidtransfer. Which is normally real time and money shows up after doing the transaction. Unfortunately it has not shown up at the casino. So I contacted the support and ask for checking the payment. The response was that the casino needs to have a closer look into it. I asked almost every day the support and the answer was always the same. Be patient - we are looking into it. Now it is more than two weeks. I have no clue why "looking into it" can take that long. I have checked also in parallel with Skrill and they confirmed that the money has been transfered to 7bitcasino. I'm a bit lost now, as I get always the same standard response with be patient and we are looking into it. Please help
