7bit Casino - Withdrawal delay and repetitive automated responses

I have requested a withdrawal at 7:21 p.m. last night, July, 23, 2023, from 7bitcasino.com. It is 10:34 p.m. the following night, and it is still in "PENDING" Their continuous "automated" response is, that it is a hold up on Blockchain, for withdrawals and deposits. But as you can see in a screenshot of my pending cashout, 2 hours later, I made a deposit, and it went through almost immediately! With no issues, or delays. They are ignoring every email or inquiry regarding the fact that Blockchain shows zero issues with all transactions, going back over a month now. There are no issues whatsoever, with deposits or withdrawal on or with the Blockchain network. 7bitcasino is lying and placing blame. They will not answer me directly. I have went to blockchain, and it shows absolutely no hold up, no delay, no issues. When 7bit has responded to any of emails within the last 27 hours now, it's basically all the same AUTOMATED response. Can someone please help me get my money,?! I'm desperate here. Please see all the screenshots of everything I have mentioned above.
