7Bit Casino - Taking an unreasonable amount of time to approve withdrawal

I deposited around $250 via debit card after already depositing $1000 earlier in the day. played for a while got lucky and won $15000. So far I’ve requested to withdraw $10000 but that’s was around 15 hours ago and it has still not been processed. How long is unreasonable?

I’ve never had any other casino take more than 3 hours max. But generally around 20-30mins to process. The response I keep getting from support is the same generic answer. “We are unable to give you a timeframe our payments department processes withdrawals in order so please be patient”.

I am fully verified by the way. Would just really like this resolved. Thanks
