Refusing to pay winnings claiming US players are not allowed

After winning a substantial amount at blackjack, (15.4 BTC approx), I requested a withdrawal of my proceeds. All of my deposits had been made using bitcoin and I requested a withdrawal in Bitcoin. I received an email response from Tom Carter of 7Bit casino in which he referred me to the casino terms & conditions which states

3.11 "If you are a player from US or any of its states, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games including bitcoins."

In every single advertisement on every single casino review site I can find (including this one) 7Bit Casino CLEARLY states that US players using bitcoin are allowed. So which is it 7Bit? Are US players allowed or not? If not, will you be refunding all losses sustained by US players?

Kudos to 7BitCasino!! They stepped up and handled the situation like total professionals. Once I was able to establish a dialogue w/ management, they were a pleasure to deal with. Despite disagreeing with me in principle, they were committed to working with me until the problem was solved. I'll be honest, I was concerned for a while since they held all the cards (no pun intended) and could easily have told me to buzz off - it says something for the integrity of the company when they do the right thing without being coerced into it. Thank you again.

7Bit Casino - 11 days pending with no reason given kyc checked

Let me make this simple as possible.

On JULY 3RD, I requested cashout on my winnings.
No updates or reason given, I was told to wait when I spoke to agent on the website.

Given many people submitted complaints just within 24 hours, I think I have been patient enough.

However 4 days pass, JULY 7TH, the request is rejected and was asked for Identification. Also, The rejected cashout is not dated original requested date but the date of rejection.

On JULY 7TH, when KYC was requested, I submitted them. Today, JULY 11TH, after another 5 days later, I am told same repeated message and no reason is given.

While I have experienced various Online casinos and their shenanigans, this is by far the worst behavior and practice possible.

I am told that “it’s being processed and please wait patiently. And We can’t tell you any time frame or reason at the moment” as this is their standard procedure and I’m being impatient.

The crazy part is that I’m not the only one that’s suffering from the casinos deceitful actions.

It’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve received zero communication

They allowed me to give them money and bet without verification. I then requested a withdrawal. I almost immediately get an email from the finance team stating it was rejected because I hadn’t satisfied the wager requirement. I then wager enough and won more. Now it’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve received zero communication. When I speak with chat support, it’s same old copy and paste answers. “Being processed by our finance team”. Served on a first come first served basis.

Why is my case handled so quickly when it’s rejected but so slowly when it’s going to be approved?

Also, if ID verification is eventually going to be requested before any withdrawals can be made, why isn’t this an automated requirement when you go to withdraw.

Delayed Withdrawal at 7BitCasino NZD 6900 Pending

I am a verified player at 7BitCasino and have been playing Aviator (Spribe). I did not use any bonuses for my play.

On 07 August 2025 at 19:17 UTC, I requested a withdrawal of 3,000 NZD via cryptocurrency.
On 08 August 2025 at 07:11 UTC, I requested another withdrawal of 3,900 NZD via cryptocurrency.

Both withdrawals are still in Pending (Cryptoprocessing) status as of today. These are legitimate winnings from my gameplay, and I have complied with all casino terms and conditions.

I have contacted live chat support multiple times regarding the status of my withdrawals. However, I have only received general responses without a confirmed payout timeline.

I am requesting 7BitCasino to process my pending withdrawals promptly and release my total winnings of 6,900 NZD to my approved cryptocurrency wallet.

Hello.. attempted to cash out yesterday , and it’s been 26 hours and still nothing.. starting to worry that I will not get my money. There has even been instances like this in the past where I was plain and clear robbed of my Winnings… really hoping this isn’t one of those cases. 7Bit Casino - Large Delay on larger win

This site advertised instant payments.

It's now been almost 72 hours. I emailed support multiple times, with no response. Talked to live chat who repeatedly just tell me I am in queue and that withdrawals are processed on a “first come first served” basis; or they tell me to just “wait a little longer”. Then I get told I need to verify my deposit (which I already did days ago and have the screenshots to prove it), only to still be waiting.

I was finally told by a VIP manager that they need to have the financial team verify the results, but they claim the games are provably fair so I don’t quite get that.

Support has been approachable and kind but it doesn’t feel like they’ve done anything to actually help along my withdrawal process. I initiated this withdrawal on Thursday and it’s now Sunday.

It’s a $5000 win and I was told that I would have an instant payout and now I'm losing confidence they are legit.

48 hour delayed payment

I won't 198 LTCcand tried to withdraw 166 but was told within an hour that my limit was 150 LTC per week. Fine. I resubmitted for 150 LTC withdrawal almost 48 hours ago and all I get from support is that it is processing be patient. Even though their site says instant ltc payouts??? No legit established, trustworthy casino takes this long to pay out! There's no logical reason or excuse! I just want my money, please!

47 Hours and counting and no response form Casino

On September 30th 2024 I deposited .00011 btc on to 7bit. Not attached to a bonus. I proceeded to win .0025btc. I’ve been trying (and failing) to cash it out for almost 48 hours now. I’ve recalled it and changed addresses a times (and yes confirmed all of them via email) but my final withdrawal request is time stamped 24 hours ago. They have all just been stuck on pending. It has NEVER taken this long to cash out anywhere for me! No help from customer support just told to be patient and wait for my turn in the queue… but I know that’s not a sufficient answer for what’s going on! And yes I’ve cashed out from this account many times. It’s fully verified.

It makes it impossible to not spend your winnings when you can’t get a timely cash out and that will always be a factor in choosing online casinos for me! I won on on a competitor casino yesterday and they were able to do the same thing I’m asking of 7bit within an hour. So what’s the holdup???

Almost a week with no approval

I recently won over 10k on 7bitcasino.

I have had them for years and usually have no issue with withdrawals. Takes under a day to arrive. The largest before this win was probably 5k. So it’s not like I’m new to the site.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars on their site. So after I won I submitted a withdrawal request on Aug 16th ( Friday ). After 24 hours I followed up with a support chat and email. They always provided an answer but they couldn’t tell me much (see attached).

It’s now Wednesday evening and no follow-up or confirmation, still just the same responses that they are working on it and to be patient. I’m not sure it should take a week to have a withdrawal approved.

For those reasons, I’m reaching out here.

Pending Withdrawal Over 80 Hours Later

After making a $45.69 bitcoin deposit on August 9th 24' at 6:00:29 (UTC) I proceeded to win $5,154.63 or 87.22074 MBTC on Blackjack and requested an immediate withdrawal two short hours later on August 9th 24' at 8:19:20 UTC which is STILL in pending review over 80+ hours later on August 12th, 2024, at 1:46pm. Countless attempts to reach customer service through their VIP Support Chat and emails exchanged back and forth with my "VIP Personal Manager" Emily have resulted in zero determination of when this will be resolved. I have been told time and time again that the payment processing team has my pending withdrawal in their queue and that I should not worry as this is a "normal process for larger winnings" and that the verification will soon be done. After "expecting to hear soon" from their specialists and awaiting a review and verification from the Blackjack game provider I am sitting here with no clarification on when my withdrawal will be approved, what the issue at hand is, nor when I will receive my rightful winnings. This is highly concerning for a player who has had ZERO issues with previous withdrawals from 7Bit being processed, through BTC, to my Coinbase wallet. FOUR days later, and no line of sight on when I will be receiving my winnings. PLEASE HELP!

Long payment processing time on two withdrawals from 7Bit

I normally have my withdrawal requests approved and in my crypto account in a few short hours.

Typically if I request a withdrawal at night it’s in my account the next morning.

Recently I’ve requested two BTC withdrawals. One on May 24, for 15.51 mbtc and another on May 28 for 10.9 mbtc.

I ask the chat and they say there is high volume and it’s first come first serve and haven't gotten to mine yet. I emailed asking for updates with no email responses.

I like 7bit Casino and would continue to play there, but am concerned with this recent withdrawal request taking so long.
