Casino not paying me my 500euros

21bets refuses to pay out my 500 euros. I have been on a withdrawal for about 3 weeks. I sent all the information they needed about me from the beginning. because I have played at many casinos before and I know which documents are needed.

They have refused every time. And requested new information about me that I have already sent. ID card sent. But they wanted another card. Then sent driver's license. Denied out. They wanted my name and phone number on a document from the telecom company. Withdrawal denied.

That's how it's been going.

This is not okay at all.
