21bets not paying me

Have requested my first withdraw of 490$ 4 days ago but they are just wasting time and don't send the withdraw.

Account verification done. Withdraw review done. They are just saying it is in the queue to be processed but they don't send it.

Their support chat and email just saying same things over and over again that it will be processed soon but it has already been 4 days.

Kindly help me with it.

Played here for a good couple of months. Deposit 240 eur and found a lucky streak.

I have never withdrawn before and thought I'd withdraw some of the 1750 eur just in case. That was easier said than done. I'm fully verified and since 11 December 2023 they keep cancelling my withdrawals with absolutely no response and I have to insert new ones.

I used credit card for deposit. Creditcard does not offer a withdrawal option.

So I made another deposit with jeton, which is also available for withdrawal.

I made the rollover with my new deposit. Now I want to withdraw my winnings.

The company asked me to imitate a bank transfer withdrawal, after they declined my jeton withdrawal request.

So I made a banktransfer withdrawal, and now the company wants me to make another deposit using bank transfer.

I would even do this, but bank transfer is not an option for deposit at the available option.

Will you help me solve this issue please?!

21bets refuses to pay out my 500 euros. I have been on a withdrawal for about 3 weeks. I sent all the information they needed about me from the beginning. because I have played at many casinos before and I know which documents are needed.

They have refused every time. And requested new information about me that I have already sent. ID card sent. But they wanted another card. Then sent driver's license. Denied out. They wanted my name and phone number on a document from the telecom company. Withdrawal denied.

That's how it's been going.
