Gave me only last deposit to withdraw

Hello there,

I got a issue with Roobet, I tried to contact Casino Guru but they told me they are not interested in Sportsbook issues, that's why it took me so long to message to you.

I was looking for some trusted casino with good reviews and no issues with big payments since I'm a "highroller", my friend recommended to me Roobet, as he told me he never had any issues and he is there some really big rank and even in VIP thing.

I had this account from 2022 but I never gambled on it not even casino, it had $0 wager $0 deposit $0 withdraw. That's when I decided to do my first deposit and start playing for some time and I never had any issues, I withdrew $5K-$8K multiple times and never had any problem with them.


Until one day I decided to move my bets a bit bigger so I deposited $3,000 and $300 after 10min, and played a full bet on MLB'.

Later that day like 5/6 hours I deposited again $3,000 (the old bet was still pending since they didn't start) and played again full bet on MLB can't remember was it on same team or not but the bet wasn't the same as the previous one.

It got late and both bets were settled as wins since my team won.

That's when I got around $13,500 in balance, I tried to withdraw those.

After 30min of waiting for the payment to be sent I get a support message from one of the support telling me that I need to do Level 2 KYC (ID from both sides) and to send in the chat a selfie with the same ID holding in hand.

I did both, and Level 2 got successfully approved from them and now I'm waiting for the selfie to be approved I think.

Then after 12 hours I get again a message from other support team telling me this:

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that, effective immediately, sportsbook bets will no longer be available for your account, and your bets/wins will be voided, as per Clause 6.4 of our Terms of Service. Last Deposit amount will remain in your account.

​We understand that this change may come as a surprise, and we apologize for any inconvenience. However, this decision was made after careful consideration.

What does this change mean for you?

You can play at Roobet on any other product, but not at sports events.

Please kindly note that you should refrain from opening new accounts at Roobet. Any attempt to open new accounts constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and consequently entitles us to close all your new accounts and freeze your funds.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this change may have caused and appreciate your understanding.


And they cancelled my withdrawal, gave me $3000 (since that's my last deposit) and nothing more.

They accepted my ID I sent them and let me withdraw those $3000, any other message with them will be copy paste from the above I sent you nothing really more.

This is unbelievable that they when the withdrawals are smaller give them but once you win a bit bigger they just scam you. If I played some Tier 2/3 league I would say it was some odds issue but this was MLB.

Please resolve this with them.

Roobet hereby would like to provide some clarifications regarding the complaint for the player dzejlan.


The player opened the account on 25/06/2022 but never fully completed his registration process till 11/06/2025, the day in which the player became active through completing his registration, KYC and depositing. When completing his registration, the player identified himself has:

After completing the registration and depositing, the player started betting exclusively on sports and rapidly showed a strange betting pattern that was connected with other players that were betting on the website. This suspicious pattern led to an investigation where we found out that:


- There was other accounts with the same exact identification information having the same activity on the website;

- The betting pattern was strange and was continuously raising suspicious activity on our sportsbook provider;

- There are multiple accounts that are all connected and doing the same activity on the website.


Due to the above suspicious pattern, we have requested the player to provide his identification document. It happens that when requested to do so, the player tried to change his Identification information and provided an ID of a different person. The player changed his information to:

This once again, shows a suspicious behavior from the player and constitutes a breach a of the clause 4.10 of our Terms of Service, which states that "The use of third party identities or alias upon registration, constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service" and entitles Roobet to close the player account, void all bets and confiscate all funds. Having the above said, Roobet still acted "nicely" with the player and only voided his bets and allowed the player to get his deposit back. In reality, Roobet should have closed the player account and held the funds till the player confirmed why he provided fake information on registration, the source of the funds and proof of his real identity.


Attending the above, it is our understanding that Roobet acted in good faith and in any case is the player entitled to any refund since he willingly breached our terms of service.

Withdrawal function disabled and funds disappeared
Hello,

I recently decided to try a new casino and sportsbook after reading many positive reviews about Roobet. I registered and made an approximate deposit of €2,700, then placed several bets on different matches.

When I later attempted to make a withdrawal, it was not processed and shortly after, the withdrawal function on my account was disabled without any explanation. I also noticed that some of my bets, which had already settled as winning, were later changed to voided, even though the events were completed and the results were clear. In addition, the sportsbook section suddenly became unavailable on my account.

I contacted live chat support, who told me to wait while they investigated the issue. Later, I received a message informing me that sportsbook betting would no longer be available for my account. When I checked my transaction history, I found an “Admin Modify” of €1,557.38, again without any explanation or justification.

I tried several times to reach out to Roobet to resolve the situation amicably, but they never explained why my winning bets were voided or why €1,557.38 was removed from my balance.

I confirm that I did not violate any of the casino’s terms and conditions. I did not engage in arbitrage or any prohibited betting strategy — I simply placed standard bets on various games.

I am ready to provide any required documents or evidence. I have attached a screenshot showing the “Admin Modify” transaction.

Voided bets on top level tennis tournaments after finishing
Hello, dear askgamblers team and users!

I would like to ask your help and share my negative experience of using roobet sportsbook.

Registering on Sunday 23 November 2025 at roobet platform I could not imagine in which game I was taking part in. I deposited two times (1499.43 and 1997.73 usdt). I made first bet on football Bundesliga game between st. Pauli and Union Berlin on the first time handicap (0) for Berlin. It was winning. And my balance was increased correctly.

During the time I was placing bets on tennis ATP challengers tournaments Temuco, Athens 2, Maia and WTA Buenos Aires Challenger. It was lucky Sunday, almost all my bets were calculated successfully. I made withdrawal, received my money and made the withdrawal again but receive at that time the message from support manager asking provide them with some photos of document and selfie. Provided required photos I was waiting my withdraw and received the message from support again. The text said due to 6.4 rule my bets were voided. What? I do not understand how the decision was made. Because I made bets on Bundesliga, high level tennis tournaments ATP and WTA. I made not one or two or three bets. Yes, I analysed the games and my choice was not random, it was lucky day and I won over 4000 usdt but I do not admit that my bets are not fair. That games were open on many casino and bookies. The high rank championships is proving legal bets.

My winnings were deducted by an admin. And I am confident in that is not fair. Please help to get to the bottom of the problem. That’s just mistake of one person by their side. It cannot be fair.

Voided Bets and Unexplained Removal of Funds from Roobet

Last Saturday, I decided to try a new casino and sportsbook after seeing many positive reviews about Roobet. I registered and made a deposit of approximately €2,600. I placed several bets on different matches.

Later in the day, I tried to make a withdrawal. It was not processed immediately, and shortly after, the withdrawal request was cancelled without explanation. I also noticed that some of my bets that had already finished and were marked as winning were later changed to voided, even though the events were completed and the results were clear. In addition, the sportsbook section suddenly became unavailable on my account.

I contacted the live chat support, who told me to wait while they checked the situation. Later, I received a message saying that sportsbook betting would no longer be available for my account. When I checked my transaction history, I saw an “Admin Deduct” of €2,218, without any explanation or justification.

I tried several times to contact Roobet and resolve the situation amicably, but they never explained why my winning bets were voided or why €2,218 was removed from my balance.

I confirm that I did not violate any of the casino’s terms and conditions. I was not involved in arbitrage or any prohibited betting strategy. I simply placed normal bets on different games.

I am ready to provide any required documents or evidence. I have attached a screenshot showing the “Admin Deduct” transaction.

Winning amount deducted, no reason

Hello,

I decided to give a try casino Roobet.

I deposited some money and started playing on sports. I placed some bet.I also received the winning amount.But when I applied for withdrawal.My winning amount was deducted by cancelling the withdrawal.I want my winning amount.

Was waiting over 15mins and still pending my withdraw, then after some time I got my withdraw cancelled and I see in my balance ~$8000 missing.I messaged support and tried to see what's happening. Then they messaged me this.

They tell “we voided all your bets”, which they didn't do, they voided only the winning bet and didn't void the loss bet. Which is very very wrong from what they say and so scam. I messaged them about this and they just say “Do you have any other question or we can close this chat?” They are skipping what I tell.

I want that all my money gets back, what's wrong with them
