I am writing to you today because Roobet removed the funds from my account without providing any explanation.
They sent me an email stating the following:
"We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that, effective immediately, sportsbook bets will no longer be available for your account, and your bets/wins will be voided, as per Clause 6.4 of our Terms of Service."
Despite several attempts to discuss this issue via their chat support, they refused to give me any reason for this decision.
I have not breached any of their terms and conditions.
Please find attached all of the bets I placed, screenshots of my deposits, and the “Admin modify” section showing where the funds were removed from my account.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Please find below the relevant facts regarding this case.
Due to the player's activity showed signs of abuse, we conducted a thorough review together with our sportsbook provider. Following the review, it was confirmed that the user is part of a group which has been engaging in syndicate betting.
As you may know, syndicate activity is not accepted by casinos and constitutes an abusive behaviour that breach of the Clause 8.22 of Roobet’s Terms of Service, in which the player explicitly warranted not to engage in any fraudulent, collusive, manipulative, or otherwise unlawful activity in connection with any games or services offered on our website.
Therefore, in accordance with clauses 6.1 and 6.4, we voided the player’s bet and suspended their access to our sportsbook. Kindly note the player has been restored with their original deposits and been informed about the same.
We would also like to kindly inform you that, in line with AML regulations, these funds need to be wagered on the site before a withdrawal can be requested.
